With over 13 years of experience as an independent insurance broker, David Hoang is on a mission to safeguard families and businesses. Driven by a passion for excellent growth together, David founded ACE Team to create a premier distribution center of insurance agents. His dedication has led to the development of CRM technology systems, strategic partnerships with multiple carriers, dynamic training programs, and marketing support tailored to meet the unique needs of agents. 

David’s journey began much earlier, as an immigrant who escaped from Vietnam in 1990 on a 24-foot wooden fishing boat at the age of 10. After spending six months in an international refugee camp, David arrived in California, USA, where he has since viewed hard work as both a blessing and a privilege. In 2010, David founded IIC – Independence Insurance Center, an agency located in Orange County, California. With a BA degree in finance from CSUF and several years of experience in the financial sector, David recognized the critical role insurance plays in providing financial protection for individuals, families, communities, and small local businesses. 

Under David’s leadership, IIC has been built, grown, and adapted to current trends, industry updates, new compliance regulations, and digital transformation. This solid foundation has ensured a smooth, supportive, and efficient process for quoting, managing client files, providing post-sale assistance, enhancing relationships, and effectively training team members. IIC’s vision is to revolutionize the client experience and become a trusted insurance protection advisor, offering more than just quotes. Its mission is to customize affordable insurance protection tailored to the needs of clients.
